We
use the Tartarini range of equipment for our conversions for the simple
reason that it is one of the best in the market, combining technical innovation
with sound back up from one of the largest companies in the field.
A nationwide network of fully trained technicians further ensures that
if any problems were encountered then you will never be far from expert
assistance.
The
type of equipment for coversion will depend on the vehicle being converted,
although it is feasible to upgrade to a later system on an older vehicle.

Generation
1: The entry level - fitted to vehicles with carburettors, they are
manually adjusted and set similar to the carburettor itself.
Generation
2: For fuel injected and ‘closed loop injection systems’ an oxygen
sensor ‘lambda’ device constantly monitors the exhaust gases regulating
the gas/air mixture under all conditions, thus ensuring optimum power
and economy at all times.
Both
these systems feed the gas into the inlet air track as a vapour.
Generation
3: This system has been developed to overcome some of the earlier
restrictions to fitment of the conversion on high pressure turbo engines.
And like most of the top range petrol injection engines feeds the fuel
directly into the inlet manifold via gas injectors.
